Yelp's Terms of Service (last updated Oct 1, 2025) ban using 'any robot, spider, Service search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, copy, scrape, or index any portion of the Service' except as expressly permitted by Yelp; robots.txt says the same for AI and LLM crawlers and agents.
