Does Uber Eats allow AI agents?

Uber Eats's own rules for AI agents and automation.

Excluded from the pilot: Uber's U.S. Terms of Use (last modified Oct 12, 2026) make the services available 'solely for your noncommercial use' unless Uber agrees otherwise in writing, which conflicts with a sponsor-funded site. Without Uber's prior written permission, the Terms also bar using the services or their content for any commercial purpose or for developing software, including training AI systems. Separately, they bar linking to, mirroring or framing any part of the services, and running programs or scripts that unduly burden them.

What the site's own pages say
Each line links to the page it comes from. Lines marked as crawler rules come from the site's robots.txt and tell automated crawlers what not to fetch; they are not legal terms.
