Dispute this

The Terms of Use define a "Third-Party Agent" to include an AI assistant or automated agent acting on your behalf. That clause applies only "to the extent such use is otherwise permitted under these Terms of Use" and Delta's other terms, so it grants no permission by itself; within that limit, using one is at your own risk, is not Delta's authorization or approval of it, and Delta may refuse to service one. Separately, the terms bar robots, scrapers and other automated means without Delta's express written permission. The Terms of Use page shows no date. Delta's separate AI Terms of Service (effective 2025-04-15) bar automated tools that overload its servers; they apply to Delta's own AI tools and the Services.

What the site's own pages say

Each line links to the page it comes from. Lines marked as crawler rules come from the site's robots.txt and tell automated crawlers what not to fetch; they are not legal terms.
